ACN/PCN Calculator 2.15

The ACN/PCN Calculator is a powerful tool specifically designed for professionals in the aviation industry, such as pilots, flight operations engineers, dispatchers, and airport operators. Its main purpose is to assist them in accurately determining the bearing strength limitations of both flexible and rigid airport pavements. By utilizing the internationally recognized ICAO ACN/PCN method, as outlined in Annex 14 and Document 9157 Part 3, this application simplifies the complex process of calculating the maximum allowable aircraft weight for safe operations on runways, taxiways, and aprons.

To ensure the utmost precision and reliability, the calculator relies on an extensive aircraft database. This database primarily consists of manufacturers' published data, such as the Aircraft Characteristics for Airport Planning (ACAP) manuals. However, in cases where manufacturer data is unavailable, alternative data or ICAO methods are used.

Designed to be compatible with iPhone 8+ screen sizes, the ACN/PCN Calculator can also be utilized on iPads. The application includes a comprehensive list of aircraft models from various manufacturers. Some of the included aircraft are:
